Gift of Donald Luxton
Fred Douglas was born in 1935 in Vancouver. Fred Douglas exhibited his painting, photography and sculpture in Vancouver, Victoria, Ottawa and Australia. He was a prolific writer and served as Assistant Professor of photography and drawing at the University of Victoria for many years.
