James Agrell Smith (1913-1988) was a graphic artist known for his woodcuts and wood engravings. Born in Stettler, AB, Agrell Smith lived most of his life in Red Deer. He was a Member of the Society of Canadian Painters, Etchers and Engravers (CPE). His work can be found in numerous public and private collections, primarily in Alberta.
