A Cloud Scatters Light is a light-based interactive artwork that references the imagery of the cloud; its motion; the way it forms; the way it floats; and its passing, transitory nature. A digital cloud is created as people move past the surface of the work. As people linger, the clouds change, growing and dissipating over time. The environment interacts with the work also, affecting its colour - on a cloudy day the work presents cool blue tones, while on a cloudless day the work presents a golden hue.
