Yves Vial (b. 1954) was born in Lyon, France and emigrated to Canada (Victoria, BC) in the 1970s, where he still lives and works. His work has been exhibited in many public and private galleries in Canada, USA, Japan and Europe, and he has collaborated with many poets on publication projects. He continues to produce and show his work today.
